Ordering

* What does out of stock means:

The item is currently out of stock. Please contact us for updates on availability.

* My order hasn't been shipped within the promised period:

Please ensure that your payment has been confirmed and your order has been successfully placed. Other possible reasons for delays include shipping issues, extreme weather conditions, or damage. We recommend checking the tracking details on the delivery service’s website.

If your package is lost, please reach out to our Support team so we can assist you in resolving the issue. Kindly note that additional information or time may be required to investigate your case properly.

* Can I cancel my order after payment?

We can cancel the order for you as long as it's not shipped out yet.
Usually this process takes 24*48 hours

Payment

* What should I do if I encounter an error on the payment page?

Please verify that all entered details, such as CVV, expiration date, and credit card number, are correct. Also, ensure that you have selected the appropriate payment method. If everything appears to be correct, try placing the order again. If the issue persists, consider using a different device, such as a mobile phone, or switching to another browser.

* Does NatuRo charge any fees for credit card payment?

NatuRo does not charge fees of any kind, but some credit card companies will charge a currency conversion fee. Please consult your credit card provider for more information.

* Do I have to pay taxes?

Sales Tax is calculated on the total merchandise value net of any discount. Total taxes may also include taxes charged on the county tax+city tax (if taxable in your city).

Shipping

* How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us containing the tracking information. This is also available in your "Order Details" page.
If you didn't receive it within the estimated time please contact our support team.

* Can I change my delivery address once I paid?

Delivery address can only be changed if your order has not been shipped. Please contact us within 24 after you placed your order.

Return & Refund

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order at no additional cost if it has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, return fees may apply.

Can I return a product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item and wish to file a claim, please contact our support team with your order details and a picture of the damaged or incorrect product. We will assist you in replacing it.

If the product is not damaged or incorrect, we are unable to accept a return.

* What contaminants can NatuRo reverse osmosis water filter system reduce?

The composite filter can intercept most harmful contaminants.
(1)TDS, chlorine, taste and odor, chloramine, scale, turbidity.
(2)Carcinogens: chromium (hexavalent), chromium (trivalent), cadmium and cadmium compounds, ferric oxide.
(3)Heavy metals: lead, mercury, barium, copper, radium 226/228, aluminum.
(4)Micro organic contaminants: cysts.
(5)Inorganic pollutants: arsenic and inorganic arsenic compounds, fluoride.
(6)Organic pollutants: asbestos, benzene, formaldehyde, trichloromethane, chlordane, PFOA & PFOS, etc.

* How do I prepare and replace the filter?

Step 1: Wash your hands and take the filter out of the box.

Step 2: Soak the filter in cold tap water for 10 minutes to remove air bubbles and activate it for optimal filtration performance.

Step 3: Hand wash the pitcher, dispenser, lid, and reservoir with mild detergent. Do not put them in the dishwasher or use abrasive cleaners. Rinse thoroughly with water.

Step 4: Insert the filter into the reservoir, pressing firmly to ensure a secure seal.

Step 5: Fill the reservoir with cold tap water and discard the first two batches of filtered water.

Step 6: Press the button for 3 seconds until the blue light flashes to activate the filter life indicator. Note: Repeat this step each time you replace the filter.
